About Me

Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in Integrative Physiology

CrossFit Nutrition with Robb Wolf

As a student at the University of Colorado, Boulder, I became, like many citizens of the city, a triathtlete. With that, I have become very in-tuned to how I fuel my body and the result my training/racing has on performance. And because I am not naturally gifted in the athletic world, I need this element to hang with the athletes who are.

Between my studies in Exercise Science, Nutrition, Biomechanics, Human Anatomy and research in all of the above, I am inspired to help others achieve longevity in all aspects of well-being.

As I research more on the topics of food and its metabolic pathways, especially the Western Diet, I hope to be a great resource to you.

Take my advice, challenge me, but feed yourself spoonfuls of knowledge on where your food comes from, why you eat it and what it makes you feel like. This blog is not about making you look hot in a swimsuit, that may just be a side effect. Put in what you want out! Now, eat up!
